When processing your order, your information is held securely and is protected and we will never pass your information on to third parties. Incorrect information may result in a delay or cancellation of your order. In such an event we will contact you to resolve the matter so that we can continue processing your order so a correct daytime phone number is essential. We may inform you, via email, of any sales promotions, offers or announcements, but you may at any time remove yourself from our contact list.
Prices and VAT
H2O Supplies reserves the right to alter prices on products but existing orders will not incur any extra charges and please be aware all prices inc VAT.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order please let us know on the same day as ordering as we try to get orders posted the next working day. We cannot accept cancellations if the order has been processed and is in the postal system.
Damages/returns/lost post
Please check your order carefully upon receipt. In the event of damaged goods or missing items, please contact us within 7 working days. We will endeavour to replace the product(s) or refund the purchase price.Return postage is non refundable. In the event of non-delivery of goods, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate further..refunds on correctly supplied orders will incur a restock fee of £5 as long as items are recieved back in a resellable condition.this means you must return item using a carrier which will ensure the delivery of items in a satisfactory condtion.We reserve the right to refuse items not recieved in an acceptable condition.
Postage
Postage prices are for UK mainland only, please contact us if you require overseas postage (that includes Ireland and highland and islands of Scotland and Scilly isles). Postage fees are according to the weight of the order. We will not be held responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees incurred on parcels posted outside the UK.
